22/07/2008 - Cathy Cheng, a graduate of the Institute
of Interior Design, has made it into the final six of
the 'Britain's Best Emerging Interior Designer' award.
The press release about the award said: "The competition
had over 200 entrants from around the country. Entries
were received from Design and Interior Design students
from Universities and Colleges, Professionals from interior
design agencies and architectural firms as well as entries
from many various other backgrounds.
To be selected in the final six is something to
be extremely proud of. The judging panel was impressed
not only with the effort, but also the quality of work."
As a member of the shortlist Cathy will be invited to
attend the 100% Design Awards in London in September.
