Why did you enrol on the course?

I wanted to become a successful Life Coach. The course took me 10 months to complete, but I enjoyed every moment of it and learned a great deal about myself and others along the way.

Did you make any contact with the Institute before enrolling?

Yes, I had quite a few queries that I wanted to talk through, as I felt it was very important to ensure I chose the right course for me and my future. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

What was your impression of the course when it arrived?

It was super. It arrived in approximately 2 days, and there were loads of extras, like the Life Coaching text book, the Manual, information about my tutor, the marketing tips and the case. It was extremely well presented all in all. There is a great deal of work to get through, but the course is written in such a way that it's a natural progression through. So provided you take it one step at a time and work on each module as the course suggests, then you can do it!

Did you consider any other courses?

I researched approximately 40 courses in all, because I wanted to ensure that I got the best training I could - I'm very passionate about being a great Life Coach, so it was imperative that I made the right choice. During this time I kept coming back to the LCI and even contacted previous students to see how they'd enjoyed it. Plus, they offered a great deal more than the other courses available, and covered a much wider variety of subjects and assignments in depth.

Ultimately, what do you want to do?

I want to be a successful Life Coach and have geared myself up to achieve all my own goals to ensure that this is exactly the route I take. I qualified in Feb 06 with Distinction and I have worked hard to get my business off the ground. My website is well underway - www.dimacdowall-lifecoaching.co.uk and I'm currently in the process of writing up Motivational Life Coaching workshops which I will be starting at the beginning of March 06 in Inverness. I have a good client base and would also like to become a Tutor for the Life Coaching Institute later this year.

What might you say to someone who was thinking of enrolling on the course?

Provided you know that Life Coaching is definitely for you, then this is the course I would suggest - if I had to choose again, my choice would remain the same. I received expert and supportive advice from my tutor, Richard Leighton, and I also found that the LCI added modules as I progressed, which they were more than happy to forward on to me. I found the LCI and my tutor to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the entire course, and would recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.
