Why did you enrol on the course?

As I work shift patterns, it was impossible to attend college on a regular basis. I have always been interested in life coaching and the purpose of positive thoughts, so this course took my eye right away. As this course was something I could study at home and at my own pace. This was perfect, while a continued working full time.

Did you make any contact with the Institute before enrolling?

I did have contact with the institute prior to purchasing the course. I had a few questions and it was very helpful to be able to call the institute and talk my concerns over with someone.

What was your impression of the course when it arrived?

Yes, I did. The institute were very helpful, offering their services and further advice on the course if needed. I was very impressed with the staff and their response time.

Did you consider any other courses?

Yes, absolutely!! Already looking into other courses. I believe the institute would benefit from increasing their quantity of courses. Currently I am looking for marketing diploma, which at present the institute does not have. My wife would also like to complete the life coach diploma. So this is something we are looking at for the future.
