I was looking for a counselling course and after looking at alot of online /
home study courses I found this course to be the only one providing a
recognised qualification. (Dip. C).
Did you make any contact with the Institute before enrolling?
Yes I was emailing regularly with my concerns and they were answered very
promptly and professionally.
What was your impression of the course when it arrived?
I was taken back as I hadn't studied for years, but as soon as I read through I felt very reassured and it is more fun than hard work.
Did you consider any other courses?
Yes a few. I had emailed a few organisations, but I never got a reply or the reply was not answering my query with satisfaction.
Ultimately, what do you want to do?
I would like to complete my Diploma in counselling and after short break I would liek to enrol on to a life coaching course to become a professional life coach.
How are you progressing with your course?
I have completed 8 assignments, have two left to do. I have started preparing my advertising as a counsellor.
What might you say to someone who was thinking of enrolling on the course?
It is fun as well as knowledgable. You have help on hand, my tutor was always able to help me and I have never regretted starting this course.
