Accreditation We're accredited by the Open and Distance Learning Quality Council (ODLQC). Set up by the UK government in 1968, the ODLQC is the prime accreditation body for distance learning courses. To achieve accreditation, we undergo a regular and rigorous assessment by independent experts. The assessment covers all aspects of our work, including administration, learner support, educational materials, and publicity. In order to keep our registration, we have to maintain high standards, which means you get a better course. If you're unhappy with any aspect of the course, you can complain to the ODLQC. And you can bet we don't want complaints! We are also registered with the Department for Education and Skills on its Register of Education and Training Providers. The Register is a list of genuine education and training providers in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. You should allow a year to complete your course, though you might be able to finish it in six months. You can take as long as you want over the course - some students take years! We set no time limit, which is useful if you think you might need to interrupt your studies at some point. Here are some of the ways we make it easy for you We provide a 30 day no-quibble refund. If you don't like the course, simply send it back to us and we'll return your money. We also undertake not to debit your credit card or cash your cheque/check before despatching your course. (If you enrol online, the bank automatically debits your account, so we have no control over that). If you haven't earned the cost of a course three months after completing it, we'll refund your money. You can also pay by instalments, which spreads the cost of the course.
