Back to the list		 Why did you decide to enrol on the course?

I enrolled on the course, because I had the need to find a job that would give me satisfaction in what I did. I thought about Wedding Planning, as I had a lot of experience in this area. However, I needed a form where I could confirm my thoughts on what Strengths and Weaknesses I had and this was the perfect platform in which to do it. I also wanted a way to show the public how committed I am of providing a high quality service, once I get my own business up and running and having a Diploma, will help me do that.

Did you make any contact with the Institute before enrolling?

Yes, I E-mailed you on several occasions to ask about different aspects of the course, once I had read the on-line literature and made some outside inquires about the validity of the course you that is when I decided to enrol.

What was your impression of your course when it arrived?

When the course arrived, I was impressed with the amount of content that was in the box. When, I had the chance to look through it properly, I was amazed at how in depth the course was, it made me wonder if I was up to the challenge of completing it.

Did you consider any other courses?

My husband and I had a look around on the net for all sorts of Wedding and Events planning courses. However, once I had investigated this one and got to know what it offered, then I enrolled on this one, as it offered me the flexibility to study around my full time job and in the comfort of my own home.

Ultimately, what do you want to do?

At the moment I am setting up my own Wedding and Events Co- ordination company, called All You Ever Need Ltd, which I hope to launch in the next couple of months.

What might you say to someone who was thinking of enrolling on the course?

If you’re serious that this is the line of work, you think that you want to work in, and then go for it. It takes you through all aspect of the business, but take the opportunity to go out there and investigate each module, by going to Wedding Fares etc and you will understand the end result, which you will probably want to achieve in the future, if you want to start your own business up.

Is there anything else you'd like to add?

This course has given me the tools to find out what there is behind Wedding Planning and what it takes to deliver it successfully, this along with the great feed back that I got back from my Tutor Carolyn Acton, has set the ball rolling to what I hope is the start of a new life for me.
