Back to the list		 Why did you decide to enrol on the course?

I enrolled on the course because I wanted to become a wedding planner and I thought that gaining a qualification would enable me to do this.

Did you make any contact with the Institute before enrolling?

No I didn’t.

What was your impression of your course when it arrived?

I was exceptionally pleased with the content and the presentation. I was most pleased that all of the modules arrived together and not individually as this allowed me to be able to read ahead and get an overall feel for what I was doing. It also meant that I could start the next assignment while I was waiting for my tutor to mark the previous one.

Did you consider any other courses?

I did consider other courses that were run by wedding planning companies but decided that this one was the best option as I got a qualification, the course was longer and more in depth as well as being far better value for money.

Ultimately, what do you want to do?

I want to be a wedding co-ordinator and I have now set up my own business and have prospective clients as we speak.

What might you say to someone who was thinking of enrolling on the course?

I’d tell them to go for it as the course is excellent and you learn a lot. However, you only get out of it what you put into it so I would tell them to be prepared to work hard.
