Day 10 - Strengthening your upper body

Day 11 – We keep working on your upper body strength

Day 12 - Invigorate your core

Day 13 - Energizing your body

Day 14 -Massaging your muscles


Week Three

Day 15 - Greet the day

Day 16 - Repeat yesterday’s sun salutations

Day 17 - Back benders

Day 18 – Greeting the sun

Day 19 - Release the warrior within

Day 20 – Building on yesterday’s warrior moves

Day 21 - Appreciate your body
